Senior Associate Attorney
Requires experience in labor certifications, all NIV categories, AOS and consular processing as well as NIW, extraordinary ability, multi-national and researcher petitions in high volume, fast-paced immigration firm. Must have 5+ years of business immigration experience with direct management of corporate clients' immigration legal needs. Experience should include managing support staff.  Strong writing and verbal communication skills are required. Excellent benefits. Salary commensurate with experience. CA bar membership a plus. Associate Attorney

Immigration Paralegals
We have ongoing openings for qualified paralegals.
