“Best Law Firms” ranking by U.S. News and World Report and Best Lawyers® gives LARRABEE | MEHLMAN | ALBI | COKER LLP San Diego’s only Tier One ranking in Immigration Law

LARRABEE | MEHLMAN | ALBI | COKER LLP has been recognized as a Metropolitan First-Tier Immigration Firm in the prestigious 2011-2012 “Best Law Firms” rankings published by U.S. News and World Report and Best Lawyers®. LARRABEE | MEHLMAN | ALBI | COKER LLP is the only law firm in San Diego to receive the highest “Tier One” ranking in immigration law.

The rankings are based on a rigorous analysis of peer reviews and client evaluations regarding the firms’ expertise, responsiveness, integrity, cost-effectiveness, civility, and understanding of clients’ business needs. To be eligible for a ranking, a law firm must have at least one lawyer who is included in Best Lawyers as part of the annual peer review assessment.  LARRABEE | MEHLMAN | ALBI | COKER LLP’s managing partners, Sharon R. Mehlman, Fausta M. Albi, and Diana Vellos Coker have each been honored by their peers with inclusion in The Best Lawyers of America, the oldest and most respected peer review publication in the legal profession.   

The “Best Law Firms” list, now in its second year, looked at nearly 10,000 law firms across the country and incorporated more than 3.9 million detailed evaluations. According to Steven Naifeh, President of Best Lawyers, the list seeks to provide “the most thorough, accurate, and helpful rankings of law firms ever developed.”
