Breakfast Roundtable - Immigration 101:  The ABCs of Nonimmigrant Visas

Did you know that nonimmigrant visa categories cover almost every letter of the alphabet?  Join us for our next seminar in the LMAC Roundtable Series for an overview of the different nonimmigrant visa categories available to foreign nationals wishing to visit the United States temporarily.

This in-person roundtable will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 8:30 am at our office.

The topics we will cover include:

-        What is a nonimmigrant visa?

-        Types of nonimmigrant visas

-        Nonimmigrant visa processing procedures

-        Periods of admission

-        Visa issuance

-        Travel issues

-        Consequences of overstaying an I-94 card
