Eunice Lee
Associate Attorney
From a young age, Eunice Lee developed an interest in international law and immigration, shaped by her experiences growing up in an immigrant family. Witnessing the challenges and opportunities that come with the immigration process inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping individuals and businesses navigate U.S. immigration law.
Eunice’s area of practice is primarily on employment-based immigration, providing strategic guidance to businesses and professionals on temporary nonimmigrant visas such as E, H, L, O, and TN, in addition to employment-based green cards through EB-1 and EB-2/EB-3 PERM Labor Certification categories. She also counsels visa applicants through consular processes and other immigration matters.
She earned her Juris Doctor cum laude from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), and her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
Throughout her career in California and Texas, Eunice gained valuable experience as a law clerk for several non-profit organizations specializing in family and humanitarian-based immigration. She also served as an attorney at a boutique immigration law firm handling employment and investment-based immigration cases.
Beyond her legal practice, Eunice enjoys hiking, exploring national parks, and playing board games.
